The public site is the product surface in this pass: this roadmap, a way to send a note, and a November essay. Studio Week subscribe is up, and Hear Tell has its own notify form. This page is the roadmap. Feedback is the contact form. The November essay is not on the essay index until it is published.
In dogfood. It watches the Slack channels a team chooses and drafts LinkedIn company posts for a person to approve before anything goes public. Paid pilots are not open. The “Notify me when Hear Tell opens” waitlist is up on the company page.
The tools hub is public. YouTube transcripts, emoji copy, link previews, post length, a UTM builder, and the X extractor. No login.

Studio Week is the Sunday build log. Essays are the longer pieces. The subscribe page and the essay index are up. The cadence is the habit. This board will not add a publishing calendar on top of what those pages already say.

The first grade stays free. An email unlock into Studio Week is the next ship. That capture is in flight, not live.
A LinkedIn smoke test first. If that holds, the paid pilot is $499 through Stripe. Nothing is on sale from this page. The notify form is how to raise a hand. Pilots are not open.
Notion-first, and not an app you can install. A product page and a waitlist are coming on this site. Neither is up yet. The product itself still waits on GitHub App access.
The Ops Pack stays unpublished until the list gates clear: a GitHub token and Railway. Copy Grader can name the pack. It does not link a listing.

Extractors on their own subdomain are parked. Tools that are already public stay on the tools hub.
